From the birth of a Rose, comes SignYourName...

Charles Sykes is a professional photographer with over 20+ years of experience covering celebrities, events and news. His work has been featured all over the world in countless magazines, newspapers and television programs. Years ago, as he was killing time waiting between two events at a small pub in New York City's Greenwich Village, he was struck by an iconic, bright, neon sign across the street of his daughter's name, Rose -- so, he took a photo of it for her. Coincidentally, a few days later, he was shooting an event at the Rose Center for Earth and Space at the Museum of Natural History, and took a photo of that sign as well. And, so began the idea... the collection of thousands of photos of names in signs from all over the country (New York, Wyoming, California, Montana, Florida, Illinois, etc.) and the world (Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Virgin Islands, etc.). With this amazingly extensive collection, Charles came up with what is now SignYourName -- where anyone can order any name/phrase in either signs, or urban chic letters on a wide variety of products. Guess it pays to "stop and smell the roses!"
